This year, we are thrilled to be holding the conference at the Royal on the Park Hotel in the river city of Brisbane. The hotel is opposite the Botanic Gardens and famous river city walkway.
PANDDA will announce exciting developments and plans for 2026.
Hear from international keynote speakers and engage in concurrent sessions, including experts in the field and individuals with lived experience, who will inspire and enlighten us with their insights.
An opportunity to network with nurses and allied health professionals with an interest in disability and explore current evidence, research and practice.

Hear about the extensive work undertaken by PANDDA this year that will be presented by PANDDA President, Gail Tomsic.
The Annual General Meeting will be conducted by the PANDDA Vice President Sharon Paley.

Accommodation
The Royal on the Park offers a variety of room types to suit different budgets and requirements. Guest rooms have views towards the City Botanic Gardens or Brisbane CBD and feature free Wi-Fi, an espresso pod coffee machine with either a king bed or 2 x queen beds.

CPD/CPE Points
Seven (7) points for one day and fourteen (14) points for two days will be awarded for attending the Conference.
On Site Car Parking
Car parking is available to all attendees at $30.00 per vehicle for the day or overnight guests at $35.00 per 24 hours, subject to availability.

Cancellation
Cancellations must be advised by email to: maree. mcculloch@pandda.net.
A suitable alternative delegate can be nominated at this time at no additional cost at the discretion of the Conference Registrar.
Member Registration
To be eligible for the PANDDA membership registration rate, membership must be current and valid.
Payment
At the time of booking, you are required to pay with a valid credit card: Mastercard, VISA or PayPal through the PANDDA Try Booking registration page.

Substitutions
Substitutions made require written permission from the original attendee and prior payment of any additional charges, prior to transfer.
Attendees are not allowed to share a registration.
Alterations to the program, cancellation or postponement the event
PANDDA reserves the right to make alterations to the event arrangements as published, either before or during the event.mIn the unlikely circumstance of the event being cancelled by PANDDA, a full refund will be made. Liability will be limited to the registration fee paid by the attendee.
Speakers at Events
Views expressed by the speakers at an event are their own. PANDDA will not accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the event or any material provided to attendees by the speaker.
Insurance
In the event that an attendee is unable to attend the event for any reason, PANDDA is not responsible for any costs incurred by the attendee. It is the responsibility of the attendee to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the event.
PANDDA will not accept responsibility for any costs, charges or fines incurred by attendees attending the event.
Photography and Filming
For promotional purposes, there may be a Conference photographer and/or videographer present during the event. Attendees who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the photographer/ videographer onsite.
COVID-19
There are no current State or Federal Government restrictions in place, if this should change you will be advised accordingly.
Waiver of Liability
The Professional Association of Nurses in Developmental Disability Australia (PANDDA) accepts no liability for any persons or body for any loss, injury or damages incurred or suffered by them in consequence of, or incidental to, their participation, in, or attendance at, the event whether arising directly or indirectly from any action or cause whatsoever undertaken, organised or sponsored by PANDDA.
